Time for change? Time for Changes™
Changes™ is our new, exclusive weight management programme.
It promises to be one of the most effective and comprehensive, weight management programmes in the UK.
Changes™ goes back to basics to help participants understand how the body works. What drives metabolism? What hinders weight loss? What positively and safely helps to shift excess weight – and keep it off? Changes™ will debunk fad diets and explain why quick fixes are never the answer.
Changes™ has been developed in partnership with Lorraine McCreary, one of the UK’s leading Clinical Dieticians. Lorraine is an expert in interpreting and translating the science of nutrition, into practical ways of promoting nutritional well-being.
"I am delighted to be working with Lorraine on this exciting new concept. This programme will challenge the thoughts that prevent successful weight loss. We will teach participants how to cope with cravings, plan nutritious meals and maintain motivation – all in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. This is not just another weight-loss programme – it is a lifestyle change programme that will help to improve self-esteem and assist participants to permanently change the way they live their lives", enthused Tina.
The six month Changes™ programme includes:
- Group sessions focussing on the latest dietetic advice. Motivational and goal setting activities, behavioural change and practical tips on diet and physical activity.
- The new Choices™ healthy eating plan, based on a scientific understanding of appetite and how to satisfy it.
- The Choices™ range of Portion Controlled Food Hampers.
- Weekly treatments using Tina O’Doherty’s Electrolite™, Thermoshape™ and Lipo Sculpting™ systems.
At the end of the programme, you will have lost weight, developed skills to maintain your results and will graduate with a Diploma in Personal Weight Management.
Tina is holding a series of free seminars throughout Scotland to launch her new Changes™ programme.
The next event is at The Bruntsfield Hotel, Bruntsfield Place, Edinburgh on 21st May 2009 at 7:00pm. Refreshments will be provided.
