Tina’s story

Tina suffers from Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and one of its symptoms is weight gain. By the time Tina was 24 she was a size 24 and weighed over 18 stones. With the help of her now famous, and extremely popular Inch Loss Programme, Tina lost over 8 stones and is now a much happier and more confident size 12.

Weight, however, wasn’t Tina’s only problem. Hormone imbalance resulted in excess facial hair too.

"I felt very unfeminine and thought people were staring at me. I had to shave every other day – it was awful!" recalls Tina.
